Terms And Conditions
- 1. Pay 12 monthly installments and get 1.5 months bonus from Mamtha Gold Palace LLP.[ only for bonus plan]
- 2. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
- 3. Scheme amount can be redeemed only in gold and silver articles or ornaments (no cash or transfer)
- 4. Wastage & making charges will be extra as per company policy at the time of purchase.
- 5. Redemption is based on the prevailing gold rate on the date of purchase.
- 6. Management reserves the right to modify or stop the scheme anytime without prior notice.
- 7. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
- 8. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 15th of each month.
- 9. Payments can be made in cash, or through online options. Through only membership name holder.
- 10. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption.
- 11. The redemption date is 10 days after the last successful installment.[ valid only for bonus plan]
- 12. The monthly investment schemes are valid only for Jewellery purchase (gold & Silver) and not for any coins, ingots or bullion.
- 13. Making charges will differ from jewellery to jewellery.
- 14. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other schemes run by our company.
- 15. In case of disputes, the decision of Mamtha Gold Palace LLP will be final.
- 16. Pay fixed installments in gold weight (grams) every month for 15 months.
- 17. At the end of the scheme, customers can redeem the accumulated gold for ornaments of their choice.
- 18. No extra charges for gold rate difference - gold is locked based on the rate on the payment date each month.
- 19. Membership holders cannot pay 2 months at a time. No reasons would be entertained
- 20. Membership holder cannot discontinue in the between. In case of discontinuation the membership holder must wait for 10-15 working days. It cannot be redeemed instantly.
- 21. The maturity date (redemption date) shall be from 30 days of the date of last successful installment/ deposit | only for metal scheme
- 22. Making charges on the Jewellery will be free on ornament 916(22 ct) / 750(18ct) ornament. | only for metal scheme not applicable for bonus scheme]
- 23. Receipts will be issued for every deposit. The same shall also reflect in the membership card.
- 24. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be bought to management's notice within 7 days of entry.
- 25. Tax [GST] would be applicable at the time of billing.
- 26. All disputes are subject to Karnataka State Jurisdiction.
